trustrightrx.com is the corporate website of Trust Right Rx LLC. It exists to provide information about the company and the services it operates. It is not itself a place to buy or enrol in any service.

Each service we operate has its own website, its own terms and conditions, and its own fees and refund policy. Those terms govern your relationship with that service. Nothing on this website varies them.

3. What we are not

Trust Right Rx LLC is not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, not an insurer, and not a manufacturer. We do not handle, dispense, sell, ship, or supply medication, and we do not provide medical advice. Questions about the safety, suitability, dosage or effects of any medication must be directed to your prescriber or pharmacist.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Where a service assists with an application to an assistance programme, eligibility and approval are determined solely by the organisation operating that programme. We do not control those decisions and do not guarantee approval, the timing of any decision, the quantity or duration of assistance granted, or delivery of anything applied for.

5. Your right to apply directly

You are never required to use one of our services to access an assistance programme. Manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs, and comparable programmes, accept applications directly from applicants at no charge.

6. Accuracy of information you provide

Where you use one of our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Assistance programmes require truthful income, insurance and medical information, and an application containing false information may be denied and may carry consequences imposed by the programme operator.

7. Release of liability

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Trust Right Rx LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising out of or relating to: your use of any medication or service obtained through a programme we assisted with; ingestion of any such medication by you or any third party; your reliance on any programme, decision, or information provided by a programme operator; or your reliance on our services in making any healthcare decision.
